We first met Boone in 2019, when I hauled our mare Tipsy to Michigan to breed to him.  He was bred by Run Gypsy Run, a farm whose horses I'd admired since before owning any Gypsies of my own.  He's built right, sweet as pie and the icing on the cake is that he's my favorite color- a solid buckskin.  At the time, my goal was to get a buckskin stud colt to raise up as our junior herd sire.  Instead, I got a black and white filly!  However, his owner knew how much I loved Boone and what I was looking for and so when she was considering selling him she reached out to us and I had to say yes!  Boone joined us at AKH in 2021 and has since been started in harness and on some light logging work.
