Barberry was part of our first group of imported Brabants in 2019.  We travelled to Belgium to tour farms and events and make connections with breeders.  Along the way, we watched for horses that might be a good addition to our program.  Often, we'd see a foal that we liked but when we inquired about purchasing it we were told that 'that one is not for sale.'  Barberry was the first filly that we wanted and the breeder was actually willing to sell and we were so grateful when they agreed to send her home with us!
